Information we collect

This site has two forms: the booking request form on our Contact page and the offer form on our Promo page. When you submit either one, we collect what you type into it. Depending on the form, that can include your name, phone number, email address, the service or rental type you want, an event or start date, how long you need the rental, your event or job-site location, and any details you add in the message box. The Promo form also collects which offer you picked.

We do not have online payment or checkout on this site, so we do not collect payment card information here. We do not have user accounts or logins. We do not accept file uploads.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, check availability, confirm delivery and pickup details, and answer your questions. We may also keep it for our own basic business records, like past requests and bookings.

Cookies and tracking on this site

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people use this site and how well our ads perform. These tools can place cookies or similar technology in your browser. If you arrive from certain ad campaigns, the phone number shown on the page may be swapped for a tracking number so we can measure which ads lead to phone calls. Calls to that number are counted toward ad performance; we do not access the content of the call.

Our Contact and Promo forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam and automated bots. reCAPTCHA can collect technical information about your device and how you interact with the page to tell whether you are a real person. It is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We do not use a cookie consent banner. We are a Washington business and do not target visitors in the European Union or United Kingdom.

Who we share information with

We share information only where it's needed to run this site and respond to you:

• A form delivery service, which receives what you submit through our forms and delivers it to our inbox.
• Google, for analytics, ad measurement, and spam protection, as described above.
• Our web host, which keeps standard server logs when you visit this site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the text-message box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Garcia Brothers about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking with us. See our Privacy Policy. Text messages are sent through a messaging service provider acting on our behalf.

Your choices

• To see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us, email info@garciaseptic.com or call (509) 539-2494.
• To opt out of Google ad personalization, visit Google Ad Settings or the industry opt-out at optout.aboutads.info.
• To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

How long we keep information

We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to handle your request and to keep basic business records.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This site is meant for adults arranging portable sanitation services. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above when we do.
